Freedom and responsibility are essential to our company culture. The more responsibility you accept, the greater freedoms you enjoy. If you need to visit the doctor, pick your kids from schools or solve a personal errand during working hours. It’s not a problem for us if it will not interfere with your responsibilities. Your performance and results are what we care about. Once you make a promise, we expect and trust you to commit to it.
We spend approximately ⅓ of each working day at the office. As it’s such a significant part of our lives, we want to spend it with people we like and respect. We should treat people the way we want to be treated. We strive to be friendly, human, humble, supportive, and understanding, both towards clients, partners, and colleagues. Our friendliness often leads us to spend time together after work when we go for food, coffee, or take part in a team-building excursion.
When you enter our workspace, you will struggle to differentiate the most senior or junior team members. We are all treated equally and fairly. We let our colleagues choose the tools they need to perform and respect them to make responsible decisions. Does someone have a better chair or larger monitor, it’s not because they are special or senior, it’s what they need to perform their job.
